Add  Article II membership obligations
Section 5 H All members of the Branford Gun Club must buy or sell 1 "Lucky Target".This target will be presented for redemption at the Annual Fall "Turkey Shoot
Proposed by-laws  change passed" ALL MEMBERS ARE NOW OBLIGATED TO BUY OR SELL 1 LUCKY TARGET"

Trap Shooting has begun to pick up ,please fill out envelope properly and deposit funds
Breakfast available on Sunday from 9AM to 11AM.
Use only the club targets. Fee for 25 targets is $2.50 please make sure to fill out the envelope properly, date number of rounds etc.and deposit funds

Wed. night open shooting has been discontinued for the Summer

Hunting
PROPERTY IS SECURED FOR THE 2010 SEASON
Jr.Training Day Sat.Oct.9  Cost $25 covers cost of birds if you are interested in participating contact Tom DaCosta or Alex Toles to sign up Child must have a valid hunting license and be between the ages of 12 and 15 Jr.Hunter

Hunter Safety Class Sept 14,16,17 6PM-9:30PM Saturday 9-4
Range will be closed Sat.untill 4PM for class renge time Plan accordingly

Raffle tickets have been mailed out

$150 deposit was due at July meeting to secure a spot in program ,mail them to PO box.These are now past due so additional non-member slots are being offered,if you plan on hunting you must get your deposit in.All fees must be paid prior to opening day ,including NRA membership(condition of membership)
 
Contact Joe DaCosta to join NRA, club receives $10 Per member Joe signs up and $5 per renewal

Fund Raising

Bus Trip to Mohegan Sun ,we are working on a trip to Mohegan Sun as a fund raiser cost will be $35 per person ,for this you receive transportation,buffet ticket and two $10 plays
Contact Paul or Tom if you are interested we need 46 to fill the bus
Bus will leave meeting point at 4PM and leave Mohegan Sun @10PM date to be announced but will be on a Saturday
A motion was made to expend $700 to fund this trip ,to be voted on at Sept meeting

Reminder to all Instructors -Please Submit a copy of your Instructors Certificate To The Sec.prior to certifying any students

All Guest and students must be signed in ,payment to be made prior to leaving
