Committee reports
Trap -Wednesday shooting is currently slow hopefully it will increase shortly. Sunday activity has increased with the reopening of our 5-stand field. Help is needed, good way to get work hours in
Range - public shoots are currently closed until fall. It was brought up that majority of members state cleaned under comments, while everyone picks up their brass and sweep the first 10' of the range the range is 50' long upon completing shooting, please sweep entire range to remove fragments etc. A word party will be scheduled to repaint backstop and floor.
Hunting - Bird contract has been signed help will be needed for stocking and Bird Pick-up
House- Please clean up behind yourself and deposit any leftover food and trash in dumpster so we don't encourage rodents
NRA is now accepting Grant applications we will be resubmitting our application for the proposed heating system.
Archery -Ed has been busy cutting firewood and removing dangerous trees, leaving us with more wood than we can use. Contact Ed if you are interested in wood for your personal use.

Reminder that ALL NEW MEMBERS are required to work 2 hours in each aspect of club prior to becoming permanent members.
Due to low response 11 yes 11 no response we have decided to postpone picnic until fall. Date to be announced at a future meeting.
Work Hour deadline is Sept. 30th much needs to be done around club below are things that can be done to get your hours
1 Lawn needs cutting weekly
2 Weed wack trim around club weekly
3 Stain deck, picnic tables, Archery platform
4 Sweep and wash lower range
